NOTICE: YOU DON’T HAVE TO USE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY’S BODY SHOP

Your insurance company would like you to use their auto body shop, because it saves THEM money. Good news: YOU don’t have to! You can use any shop you like after you submit a few estimates back to your insurance company. Don’t wait for an insurance adjuster, bring your car to us for a “while you wait” written estimate.

AUTO BODY REPAIR PROCESS

  • STEP 1 - PRE-DROP OFF

    The auto body repair process starts even before you leave your car or truck with us. Henley’s has a good relationship with all insurance providers. We’re immediate restore facilities for many of these providers.  Insurance companies actually assist Henley’s by writing the appraisal, managing your claim, and bargaining with the insurance company to make sure your automobile is fixed correctly. Your parts will be pre-ordered by us to lessen wait time if your vehicle is drivable. In the event that you choose not to file with an insurance carrier, the process would be the same. If it is time to drop off your car, one of our support staff will set up a rental car for you.

  • STEP 2 - DROP OFF

    As soon as your car is dropped off, we begin our work: auto body repair. As repairs begin to take place, the auto body areas that need to be replaced are colored in our paint area.   • STEP 3 - MANUFACTURER REQUIREMENTS

    The vehicle is brought back and properly measured. It must be reassembled back to first manufacturers specifications. It must appear as though NO body damage ever happened. We require all cars to reassemble within several millimeters of the manufacturer. Our bodies, Auto-O-Liner, allows for up to 1 mm of tolerance. Once the vehicle leaves the auto body shop, it’s time for you to go on to the paint shop.

  • STEP 4 - BASF REPAIR PROCESS

    Henley’s experienced coloring professionals work their magic for your vehicle. We utilize only the finest quality products and coloring supplied by BASF artwork devices. This ensures a shade match and quality similar only to the manufacturer of your vehicle. The painting process is complete if, the vehicle is buffed and then goes back to the body shop for auto body repair reassembly.

  • STEP 5 - REASSEMBLY

    Once your car or truck is totally reassembled, it would go to the mechanical’s shop if necessary. Henley’s reassembly area features an air bag replacement, re-alignment of the wheels or suspension. Your vehicle is adopted by our details team, after all, mechanical / technical maintenance items are completed.

  • STEP 6 - HENLEY’S FINAL ASSESSMENT

    Here we will have your car or truck is cleaned, vacuumed, and subsequently moves to our last inspection. All areas of the repair are examined and tested to ensure they’re all working effectively. Assuming all repairs are complete to our satisfaction, it’s time for you to view our repair work and get your vehicle back on the road –where it belongs!
